Author has written 9 stories for Ranma, and Naruto. Hi there, thanks for checking out my profile and (hopefully) reading my fanfic(s). I try to do my best in writing fanfiction that are at least decent in quality in story and language. So I value feedback that lets me know if my fics are good or not, and what I can do to improve. As someone writing her own fics, I know how it feels to want these kinds of reviews, so I do my best to give other writers constructive criticism (or attempts of it anyway). What is constructive criticism? Critiques that helps to improve the writer's work, writing style, content, etc. How to write constructive criticism: What did you like about the fic? What did you not like? What do you think can be improved? What do you think would enhance it? Suggestions for additions or reductions? Was there something the author needs to clear up? It also helps a lot if you elaborate and make clear what you think. And even if you can't come up with a suggestion or anything, a simple review on what you thought of the story is helpful too. I hope this was helpful! Happy reading and reviewing! I like to know about writers so here's some things about me: I am a female, filipino, living in NJ (USA). My favorite couples are (in order of discovery): Vegeta x Bulma (My first favorite. It blew my mind when I first found out.) Domon x Rain (The perfect love story hidden in a bigger story. The love and tension between them is my cup of tea.) Big Boss x Eva (Short lived, so sad. So much potential.) (female) Ranma x Ryoga (Mostly for laughs) Ryoga x Ukyo (Kinda cute together) Naruto x Hinata (I thought he was going to end up with Sakura. It was a very pleasant surprise when he ended up with Hinata instead. He deserves real love. Also I hated The Last movie. So many anime cliches. Would've been better if Kishimoto was the sole writer. I would've been satisfied if he just realized he loved her and asked her out. A five minute clip of that would've been far better than that debacle.) Sasuke x Sakura (Kind of. I mean, I'm not really interested in this pairing but I like that they're together. It makes sense. She was obsessed with him, and she was the only girl he spent the most time with (asides from Karin. Not sure why he didn't like her bc she was intelligent and extremely talented. It would've been a strange match though, IMHO. Maybe it's bc she was kinda crazy and he was already interested in Sakura, or maybe so far down psychopathy that he just wasn't interest in being with someone? I guess we can't have his and Naruto's children both being Uzumakis and then being together anyway.) There were hints that he liked Sakura back and accepted her love. I can't imagine the sex not being awkward though. Sakura wanted a warm and loving relationship but ended up in a cold, distant one because Sasuke is just oh so cute. She's an idiot and deserves it.) Naruto x Sasuke (Just for the laughs. We all know it's each other they wanted all along.) Boruto x Sarada (Geebuz. Best pairing ever. I was late to the party with all the pairings above and invested very little time in them. I'm glad I caught these two young and fresh, without thousands of fics to catch up to. Just feel like they have the perfect characterizations for a perfect pairing. They are polar opposites and learn so much from each other.) Fics I like: well written, has an actual story, characters stay in character (it's ok if they dont, I just prefer it that way.) Good wording and flow. Not really into fluff and drabble but I do read them. I'm not romantic but for some reason romance is my favorite category along with humor. I love push-pull type of romances and it's great when there's a perfect balance. And that must be why I love BoruSara so much. Don't pm me with requests of disgusting things like lemon between an animal and human, or weird dating shit! Prompts are welcome though, but I have the right to decline. Thoughts on Naruto and Boruto. SPOILERS ON BORUTO EP 130-135!! SPOILERS! I have to say I hate the time travel arc! I mean I liked it at first, with Boruto interacting with the old cast in their youth and meeting young Naruto and his uncle Neji and everything up until Urashiki finds him. I'm trying to keep my patience with this anime, but those last few eps were pure trash. I thought Urashiki was an extremely unique and interesting character. On his first appearance he was kicking ass and being really cool. Then we see him fighting Gaara and Sasuke and he just throws them around like garbage. He crushes a kettle with his bare hands and started teleporting around like Kaguya. He was clearly very powerful. Then in this arc he became so generic. He's doing the cliche bad guy smile and laughter and one eye bigger than the other, asking people to "please do this and stop doing this and that, I don't like to hurt children", yatta yatta. Let me take my time killing you and get myself poisoned. Boruto just runs around like an idiot and keeps getting himself whacked. Then he transformed into that bird thing, which was cool, but he seriously could've trashed everyone around him in his normal form, even Jiraiya. But he felt the need to transform and become a total badass but still unable to rip anyone a new one. Save for the mark on his face, his new form was super cool. The marking could've been better. And he should've been more powerful. So now he's dead and who gets the mark? Ok so I understand they want to hurry the story along and Kishimoto isn't the writer but it seems they took the budget to an all-time low that they couldn't even have the Konoha 12 to come and work together to beat him. Isn't teamwork a big theme in the Narutoverse? Konohamaru and friends ran to get help, why didn't they use that? Maybe it'll fuck with the timeline and raise too many questions, and so many other reasons but I am extremely disappointed in his arc. Moreso than any of the previous arcs. Urashiki was so damn cool and they wasted him. That frustrates me. I wish Jump just waited for Kishi to rest and write Boruto himself. Sigh. Urashiki you will be missed. |
