So now that I'm actually posting things on this profile again, I guess it would be pertinent to update my profile, huh? Basically I am a human being, resident of planet Earth and officially old enough to know better. I stopped writing a couple of years ago, but a few months ago, my partner introduced me to anime and it got the old noodle working again. Then I found Love Live! School Idol Project and promptly fell down to the lowest circle of Idol Hell where I've been trapped happily writing ever since.

I typically write for yuri pairings but I'm open minded to most things really. I used to write with dark themes and often put characters in unpleasant situations in order to see how they'll react, but apparently I've mellowed out a bit in my old age, particularly where Love Live is concerned. Misery comes with the territory with Puella Magi Madoka Magica though, so I guess that's where I'll channel my energies for dark stuff.

I've never really been one to list pairings I'm into or not into. As I say, I like to be open minded and read and write stories other than ones containing my preferred couples/threesomes/moresomes. I will say however that HonoMaki from Love Live is gradually dominating my life writing schedule and it's probably the prime contender for my OTP.

I'd also just like to offer my thanks here if you have reviewed something I have written. My policy regarding reviews is to typically reply through PM's since I don't like my author notes to run on for more than two or three sentences, although I typically ignore some of my older stories. I wish there was a public reply option to reviews a la Archive of Our Own (as well as an equivalent to the kudos system, but that's by the by) but alas there isn't. And I do really appreciate the time taken to write a review. The main reason I don't write reviews as often as I would like to is due to time constraints, so I appreciate all the more the effort that you have gone to just to leave some words of encouragement, criticism or derision.

Active Projects: Lessons In Life (In C Major) - 4/9 chapters completed, chapter 5 in editing, estimated release date uncertain: approximately end of June time.

I also have a rather large number of oneshots in the works. Let's just say I won't be finding myself with nothing to write for the next couple of years.

Note: Today (31/03/2015), Passionate passed the 1,000 views milestone. And (No) Good Advice, despite only being just over two weeks old, is hot on its heels. Incidentally, (No) Good Advice has become my joint most favourited story ever, surpassing some of the stories I've had on here for almost a decade. I'm tremendously happy with and honoured by the reception I've had from the Love Live community over the last four months and I fully intend on repaying it with my very best effort. My thanks to all of you who made this possible. As Emitsun would say, "faito dayo!"
