The fandoms I am writing at the moment are: Lord of the Rings, Stargate SG1, Dr. Who, Quantum Leap, Hogan's Heroes, Dresden Files and High School Musical. Yes, I have eclectic tastes. I write a lot more than I publish and I start a lot more stories than I finish. I have a lot of fun coming up with improbable crossovers and I like to read well-written crossovers by other authors.

I read a wide variety of other fandoms including Chronicles of Narnia, Man From U.N.C.L.E., MaGyver, Mission:Impossible, Eureka, White Collar, Royal Pains, Castle, The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, Warehouse 13 and The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne.

I don't like slash; don't read it, won't write it. I avoid horror stories. If a writer starts graphically splashing blood and body parts all over the place just to be bloody or spouting profanity instead of making the effort to write descriptively, I'll quit reading.

I have no patience with authors who obviously do not bother to proofread their writing for spelling, grammar and punctuation. For heaven's sake, learn the difference between "your" and "you're", "its" and "it's", and "their" and "they're"! You may have a great idea but if your writing is awful it's simply too much work to find that story among all your mistakes. If you care enough about a subject to write about it, care enough to do it right!! On the other hand, I admire people who have the courage to write in English when it is not their first language.
