I won't lie, I never intended to actually write a piece of fanfiction. I simply adore reading the amazing works of other people.

That being said, I was in the shower when the idea for Harry Potter and The Last Life came to me. And the more I thought about it, the more concrete it became. It was so concrete in fact that I sat down and started typing as soon as I had my nice fluffy pj's on. I burnt a lot, and I mean A LOT of midnight oil writing my first ever chapter of a story. And even then I was dreaming of my story as I slumbered in the early hours of the morning.

The next day was spent refining the chapter, getting opinions from friends and spending a hell of a lot of time researching. I will endeavor to try and keep as much of my spell work, potions and lore as accurate as I possibly can.

I learnt so much that I never knew about the HP universe from the diligent work of all of the contributors, which is an impressive feat since I have been a fan since I could first pick up a book and read at the tender age of 6. !5 years later, and I'm writing my own little slice of magic.
