(Jeez, I can't believe I haven't updated my profile in so long).

Hello everybody! My name is CoreyWW (formerly known as Ganondorfthe3rd a really freaking long time ago when I first made my account and ... honestly didn't account for taste much with my user name, heh). I've never really made a point to talk about myself with a really detailed profile or anything, so I thought since I've had this account for a long time, it might be worth letting you guys know a little bit about myself.

I've been writing fanfiction for a very long time since I first started in high school. I'm currently a 26 year old married father. I recently started writing fanfiction again after a long hiatus because honestly I write as a means of relieving stress creatively and I always enjoyed writing fanfiction more than I did attempting my own original work, funnily enough. And I honestly love that there are a ton of you guys out there who like the stuff I've written in the past, as well as the things I'm currently updating.

As of this writing, I'm writing for the Steven Universe fandom because I adore that show. It's animated great, keeps great continuity, the characters have amazing depth ... it's just an all around high-quality show. I honestly feel my current Steven Universe works are my best work as a writer, so if you've read any of my previous works, I hope you check those out as well.

Some of my much older stories are on here as well, Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi: Boomer's Story being the most popular. It was the first long form story I ever wrote and the first one I ever published online. It's ... a little rough around the edges, looking back. I wrote that when I was 16 and very inexperienced, before I'd really learned how important revision is. While I still look back on it fondly, if you do check out that story or any other much older ones on this account, please keep in mind I have a much higher standard of doing things now and you can expect more technical polish from my current stories.

Another thing I wanted to mention to all of you guys reading this ... thank you for reading my stories. Like I mentioned above, the main reason I write is to relieve stress, but it's hearing from you guys and knowing there's an audience for the stories I work hard for really keeps me going. It makes it all worth it. The thing I always try to tell myself is that if there is at least a single person who read my story, liked it, and had a slightly better day because of it, then it was completely worth all the effort put in. So thank you, all of you.

SCHEDULE: The main on-going stories I'm currently updating are I Want to Understand and the Grieving Process. I'm shooting for updating both of them once a month, since that's how long it usually takes for me to write two reasonably long chapters and revise them thoroughly. Grieving Process will likely wrap up first since that will only be 3 or 4 chapters total, and after that I Want to Understand will still update, with some one shots here or there as well.
