A broken god crashes onto the roof of Stark Tower, and Tony and Steve are horrified by what they find. As Loki's story unfolds, the Avengers discover what really happened when Loki was taken back to Asgard, and what he has endured for the past year. A powerful enemy emerges to threaten Asgard as Loki struggles to recover in the care of those who were once his bitterest foes.

No one is quite sure at what point Natasha and Clint got married. In fact, everyone is quite certain that the two haven't even realised it for themselves.

Loki wanted the Avengers defeated. But that didn't mean just anyone was allowed to defeat them. Or, five times Loki helps the Avengers.

Tony Stark had never thought of himself as the father type. Hell, he usually avoided children like the plague, no offense of course; he just did not know how to handle them. No, kids and Tony did not go in the same sentence together. So why was he down on one knee in the middle of one of Paris' streets, quietly talking to one?

Sequel to Cultural Differences. Loki is on Earth serving out his punishment, and he has to contend not only with a foreign planet, but being a hostile. He learns the meaning of love from the children he visits at the orphanage, the meaning of family from Thor, and how to be human from Steve. Somewhere along the way, he also learns how to be himself.

The team finds Steve's sketchbook and reflects on the drawings. When disaster befalls the sketches, however, they must all strive to fix it. NO SLASH! Family goodness!

Clint blames this solely on R&D. You think they'd remember to make his hearing aids freaking waterproof. Idiots. *Spoilers for the movie*

One redemption arc later, and Loki is no longer the enemy, but Thor is the only Avenger who trusts him. Odin requests the Avengers' presence on Asgard & orders a very reluctant Loki to bring them. Thor is delighted - inter dimensional road trip! Magnificent quests! The perfect bonding experience for his BFFs & brother! Everyone else... less so. Teamfic. No pairings or warnings.

Written for anon-prompt: Avengers seeing Loki and his kids celebrating mother's day. Not a follow up of "We All Have Our Strengths" but a sort of off-shoot of it. "It's a bit hard to swallow, seeing a huge snake sucking on its tail." One shot.

The Avengers haven't seen Loki for a while. When they eventually track him down they find out he has adopted a pet kitten and has been spending all of his time playing with it. Thor mistakenly thinks he is an uncle again…
