Some of Virginia Dare's adventures as her Amerindian name of "White Doe" with her adoptive family, as she runs across the original demon who makes a surprising offer to the young Croatoan warrior-woman about how to get her romantic goals accomplished. It's kind of a "New World Fairy Tale".

While in prison, Faith's given an assignment to write to whoever she has hurt to seek to make peace with them- one fellow she utterly devastated in a criminal act was Xander Harris- this deals with her attempt to make up to him for forcing herself on him a few years before.
