It's been a year since graduation and Kim and Ron are to be married but new villians threaten that and unknown to them, an apocalypse has been slowly making it's way to Middleton to infect Kim and the rest of Middleton. If only Kim and Ron realized what they had done.

Kim and Ron have gotten married and went to the tipton. They meet up with Zack, Cody and their pregnent wives. Kim and Ron invite them to the new space center but when they get there, things quickly turn bad.
