As the first warning gust tug at his boat, Toon steers it into a small, shortcut canal. But the tide is running out; his boat is stranded! Then, lightning, rain, and the screaming winds of the hurricane are on him. Toon is trapped in the raging storm. With no shelter, and without help, how can he possibly survive?
