Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Well I read a lot, and not just fanfiction, so I know how to improve grammer and tell if your story flows properly. I will offer advice and try to help as much as I can without taking control. My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My strengths as a beta writer would have to be I know how to correct mistakes and change phrases so they make more sense. I'm doing history A-level, which requires reading a lot of very complicated books so I have some useful skills at making some sentences sound better. I can offer support and I always make sure I am encouraging and I will never put people down who I know are trying their hardest. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weaknesses would be my timing, sometimes I can have weeks where my workload from school will be overwhelming and I wont be able to help at all and I dont like letting people down. Not only this but I can sometimes have a tendency to nag (though I'm trying to stop this) and go on about one thing. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
My preferred fandom at the moment is Hetalia, and I will beta almost anything within that fandom except Genderbent stories. Sorry but I just cannot do that. I will help with other fandoms if asked however I will have to be familar with them to help otherwise I would know I would not be able to help. I will happily Beta any genre. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
Genderbent stories, sorry but I will not do them. I'm not keen on some pairings but I tend to look past that. |
