I read for grammatical correctness and flow, as well as dialog and characterization. I expect anyone who wants me to beta for them to be open to constructive critism, and to take it in the spirit of wanting to improve themselves.

I'm good at dialog--pinpointing unnatural spots in it, where it's unnecessarily awkward, where there should be more, where there should be less. I'm also a fair hand at grammar and at characterization.

Spelling. I'm horrid with spelling. However, if you've got a spell-checker, this shouldn't be a problem, anyway. ...I've got a spell checker. It's not a problem, then, eh?

I can beta for most any story in a fandom I'm familiar with. My familiar fandoms include (but aren't limited to): Watchmen, Batman, YuuGiOu, Pokemon (though, moreso with the games), Digimon (once again, moreso with the games), Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog, DragonBall Z, Shaman King, and His Dark Materials.

I'm sucky at Romance-genre stuff. I cannot help you with sexy-times.
