Keep in mind that when I review someone else's writing, I'm relentless; I don't hold any punches, so if you're not good at taking extensive constructive criticism, then I'm not the beta reader you're looking for. Granted, I don't /look/ for ways to upset the original author, or point out things that are unnecessary just to say that I really did "review" the story. But I have a keen eye for everything pragmatic, narrative, and (depending on how well I know the subject) canon. So if you're looking for a really thorough guide for revision, that'll clear your piece of all passive voices, spelling errors, crappy dialogue, sloppy transitions, etc., then you can stop your search here.

I've been writing fiction and non-fiction for a good many years now, so I'm happy to mentor anybody, novice or otherwise. You can feel free to disagree with me of course, but just know that I'm honest.
