This is my first time beta-reading and I'm pretty open to most styles. I'm probably best at third person past tense, but I can do pretty well with present tense, and first person with either tense. Although, you know, future tense would be weird...

I'm good with grammar and rewording certain sentences. I'm also very good at spelling, so if you have issues spelling words and didn't want to look it up, I'm your person.

I tend to skim and read quickly during certain parts, so I might miss a few things, but I promise the ones I miss will be just that, few. Also, if I correct a word that was already spelled right, I'll probably catch that the second time around. I mean, you know there are those words that look really strange when written out.

I would prefer to read anything sci-fi/supernatural. Manga would be pretty good too. Genre wise, I would say action/adventure, tragedy (we all get in those moods), drama, comedy, things like that. If a story combines all of those, that'd be pretty good too. :) Rating wise, I'd prefer K-T, mostly T.

I won't read anything M rated, or sappy romance stuff. I'm just not into that kind of thing. I mean, I'll take fluff, I actually really like fluff, but nothing that's purely fluff and sap between characters that wouldn't act that way. Like, a certain amount of fluff. Like, say it's sort of an action story, then it wouldn't be all fluff, but if it's something like Toradora where there's probably nothing but fluff, there you go. Also, if I'm beta-reading a Warehouse 13 fic, I don't ship H.G. and Myka. I am a Pyka shipper and will go down with this ship. So yeah...
