Otherwise, I believe that I am good at spotting the difference between good and bad character development. Character is what drives a story. Without them, all you would have is setting. Being able to write solid characters is paramount to a great story. I am also good at determining how good a story's pacing is and am more than happy to help determine how better to address that issue if it's a problem.

Time constraints from school may limit my availability. I also have a hard time seeing characters which I know well do things that I don't believe they would ever do, but I am a firm believer that a solid enough writer can steer nearly any character to nearly any outcome.

Stories that focus on character. My favorite books over the years have been those where the plot is solid but the characters are the true focus.

Ridiculous sex stories. I'm also not much for slash stories.
