I'd love to help you with your story if your idea is original. I'm very knowledgeable about Tokyo Mew Mew (I have been a fan since 2003), so I could be of service for references to the original series, the way characters address one another, and points that could be used to enhance a story and make it more believable. I'm fairly creative, so I feel I could assist you in avoiding overused cliches. My Tales of Series database is not quite as extensive (about two years for Graces, perhaps eight for Abyss), but it's been updated more recently. I take particular interest in setting/world-building details and tend to overanalyze events and character behavior.

How it would work is I would correct spelling, punctuation, etc. General suggestions would be written at the end of paragraphs (or chapters) or we could discuss it over email or PM.

Making suggestions for progressing stories, and pointing out which bits are the most interesting. Discussing world-building and character syntax and mannerisms (how they speak and act). Correcting grammar, punctuation and spelling. Pointing out word overuse.

I am not the grammar police and I can and do flub up on spelling sometimes. My vocabulary isn't the most extensive.

I prefer Tales of Graces or Tales of the Abyss stories, but I will also beta for Tokyo Mew Mew, Tales of Symphonia, and the Leviathan series.

No excessive gore or violence, explicitly graphic content, or non-consensual sexual relations. No pairings with original characters. I also don't care for stories with an over abundance of original characters as a general rule (but will make exceptions). Nothing overtly vulgar, please. I will read for stories over PG-13 only if the pairing in question is canon or one I personally ship, but I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to advise you on writing smut.
