I look for substance in a story what kind a story are you trying to tell where is it going dose it get off topic is it something I think people will like. I love to help out smooth plot lines or characterizations. Any blatant spelling or grammar errors, I'll be sure to point out. It is up to the author whether or not my notes and suggestions are addressed, and they can be used as a jumping point to go in whichever direction you feel like.

I will type my comments and ideas into the story in a different color than what the author used, and sometimes I won't comment but I'll ask a question to get the author to think about the story themselves. Be prepared for questions as well as comments.

What kind of words are being used and the way things sound and word order. I am strong at dialogue (dose it make sense is it relevant), grammar (commas, periods), and spelling (I can tell if it dose not belong), as well as general story outlining (where is the story going) and characterization (how are they developing). I also find that I'm good at catching mistakes with regards to canon, and catching plot holes. I have taken five years of Latin during school, high school as well as college I have tons of books with common phrases an such getting dusty, so use me for them.

Spelling but I can tell if a word dose not look right and I will look it up.

Harry Potter is a must, it is just hard to read something you do not like let alone help fix mistakes.

I like in-depth stories with some development. All I ask is that your writing be intelligible and of decent substance (meaning put some effort in it).

Sloppy stories I can not stand, stories that do not have a plan or purpose. I REFUSE to read, much less beta, Harry/Hermione Ron/Hermione ships, it just bothers me and I do not Know why. I will NOT read slash (not that theirs anything wrong with that).
