I absolutely love amnesiac Stefan. and the fact that you added Caroline into the mix makes this story even better. I love reading from Stefan's perspective especially when it comes to his opinions on Elena and Damon. I really hope you continue the story an update soon.

You know, funnily, I didn't mine Silas much. The most straightforward villain of the lot. And, interestingly, despite the doppelgänger shit, he wasn't too interested in Elena. Amara was Amara, the same face didn't matter. And hey it's possible that he liked Caroline. Now I didn't watch season 5 too carefully, or haven't, yet, but I read somewhere that there might have been a hint, I don't know.
I'm sort of hoping he'll do something good for Steroline before he dies.
And for once, can we have a story where things are going wrong. I mean hallelujah for veering from the disaster that canon turned into.

Aww the last sentence. Well I'm good with the slow burn as long as you continue writing so amazingly.

Oh it's adorable and sort of sad, in a way, how dependent Stefan is on Caroline now. I love their little moments throughout the series you know. The hugs, the comfort, the camaraderie, those little hints towards something so much more. And here we saw it all. And soon Tyler and Caroline won't be together anymore and Stefan can start wooing the lady, somehow I hope he doesn't recover his memories this time around. Maybe becomes friends with Matt for real and everything. Damon and Elena, everyone loves them but I don't get it. They're too much for me. And too little as well.
Anyway. Beautifully done.

This looks to be really promising. And I love this start to Steroline. One of their most defining moments, that episode. Season 6 really spoilt it. But hey this looks like just the thing to aid the revival of a Steroline shipper in me.
Great job on Stefan btw. And Caroline too. Love them like this.
