as i know most of elves fade and die after their loved ones leave them, from grief, so her promise is not real or you are just ignoring this. Luthien died from grief for example. I am not saying Tauriel should die also, no but I can't see her with anyone else

Every now and then I check on this story for an update, because it is one of the best that I ever read here (and I will continue to do so for years, I guess, because I am not giving up easily ;-p). I can imagine that it must be more than difficult to decide how Kili's and Eleyon's first meeting might look like. And I really appreciate that you don't publish your chapters until you are satisfid with them, that's one of the reasons your story is as good as it is. But still, I am so so so so so... curious! How will their story continue? I just can't wait any longer! :-)

Stumbled upon ur story a few months ago.. quite hooked... x wait to read about his first meeting w kili.. n their journey to erebor.. they r still going to erebor right?

I do so enjoy you are back writing this story.
This last few chapters gave me the answer to why Lady Galadriel did make it a priority to travel to Erebor for Tauriel after Kíli's death.
I realised there was details I had either totally forgotten or overlooked earlier - so I have been enjoying re-reading the whole story so far since the last update.
I am so looking forward to the next update.

Ah, rejoice! They meet once more. I really love action-adventure ships, it's so much more interesting to place our duo in a bigger plot and have them also romance each other on the side. And this was definitely another one of the great examples of that type of story. I think it's amazing how you managed to start their first real, calm meeting with Kili saying "You're alive!" as though he wasn't the one who has just came back from being dead for 70 years. It was almost like a magic trick the way you spun that one around slowly. Epic. -Tuonra

Finally, after you had tormented your readers quite a long while.
This chapter is thrilling. I, for one, keep my fingers crossed all along. So glad that Lady Galadriel come to save them. And the part before the end of the chapter is satisfying. They meet, now he knows he has a son with her. Hope to see the first meeting between father and son.

This better not be the last chapter , LOL :D. (GIRLY SCREAMTHIS CHAPTER WAS AMAZING! ! I didnt see half of what was in this chapter coming . I seriously thought kili killed Tauriel, i literally dropped my phone. Can you imagine you just have come back from the dead only to kill the love of your life by accident, that would have just been a cruel trick of fate wouldnt it . Eleyion must be freaking out , i wonder how kili will handel meeting his son. Aww , just cant wait for the next chapter . XD
