And now I realised it's actually the title of the story...as you can tell, I'm not an observationalist.

Also, I was screaming when you mentioned Don't You Forget About Me by Simple Minds because I have had that song stuck in my head all day!

This was cute!
Couple of things.
1) It started out very 'telling not showing', but did get progressively better through the second and third chapter, but then I felt like you rushed the last chapter and it took a step backwards. Try focusing more on describing what the characters are doing and feeling rather than straight out saying it. 'He was sad' changes to 'His lower lip trembled and his heart felt lonely.' That sort of thing. But, honestly, for a first story it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
2) Spelling and grammar were amazing, gotta hand that to you.
3) The speech in the first chapter, I think it was, bothered me a little just because the way you wrote it sounded a little robotic in my head. When writing speech I think it's best to sort of act it out in your head and see if you could imagine your friends or family talking in that manner to you.

But, overall, it was super adorable! I'm not usually a big fan of Zoke fanfiction, but this was definitely worth the read.
