Dude I went through a whole lot while reading this one. Like, I'm pretty sure I was teary eyed at a couple of points.

YES! Kaito finally gets to be happy again and boy am I happy for him. the poor lad has been through so much he really deserves that. It's just a first step, I mean obviously he still has panic attacks and stuff but it's a huge first step into the hopefully right direction.
And Rin really is coming back into his life, that's ought to be interesting.
Anyway now I've got my conclusion that Mei was just a side character.. or was she? :D
All in all I'm really happy about this whole turn though I wonder.. it must still feel so weired to Kaito to suddenly be thrown into such a welcoming atmosphere. Also, it must feel weired to look at his cousin with his friends. It must feel bittersweet nostalgic or something.
I really can't wait for the next chapter!

First of all, I'm glad to hear from you again and that you're back to write more of your brilliant story!

I admit I maybe have to re-read some older chapters to fully get back in to everything that's going on in this story but for now I just read this one and I'm already well back into it. I said this about about one of the chapters previous to this one but I feel like this is some sort of build-up. I'm on the edge of my seat, I want to know what Kaitos Uncle, as we now know, has to tell him. I want to know if Mei is gonna be a long lasting character in the story or if she will leave it after Kaito found what he was looking for and boy do I want to know what or if Rin is going to come back into Kaitos life.

Also. That Trio of Boys. That's just mean, it must feel to Kaito like looking into the past.

Well, I know I've written longer reviews than this one but right now I really am just waiting for what's yet to happen.

This second half is getting real good. Although Saturo was a good guy, he wasn’t meant to be with Ushio. Hopefully he can be brought back into this story, I think he was a really good character. Takeshi and Yumi need to become official already lol. Kaito is dealing with so much guilt for Juni, and he needs to not forget him, but to move on and live happily. I actually wonder who the family member is, maybe a uncle or brother, I’m really hoping it’s an older brother more. I hope so see your next chapter soon. Please update ASAP. Thanks again for creating this story, I actually felt that this is a true CANON spin-off of Clannad.

finished the first half of this story. It was truly a great story so far. For me, it was very saddening to see Juni die, he was actually my favorite character in this story. I honestly wished that none of the characters died. Out of the three guys, he was the most kindest and gentle characters, and I imagining what would it have been if him and Kumiko had married and had children in the future. I actually had tears in my eyes. This is what I love about Clannad (and dislike as well), even though it is anime, it brings actual real-life situations, and seeing someone pure as Juni to be snuffed from the world is very real and frightening, as we all have to remember that the world can be a cruel place. Well I’m off to read the second half of it. Thanks again for this story.
