Good thing someone who knew better was there, to watch over them. And that reinforcements arrived, too. :)

I looked up "mayfly" online... it seems they're a water-bug that only lives, in adult form, for between a few hours and a day (there are a few different varieties, each with different lifespans). They're very delicate-looking, like miniature dragon flies (about an inch or 2.5 cm long). To find a mayfly on that desert planet, with little or no open freshwater, would indeed be unlikely. Small wonder he never expected to find one.

Those young nurses, lol, I'm gunning for him to wake just so that we can see their reactions to his personality! Vash is so full of mischief. And Milly so certain of her understanding of the situation she misses all the clues. Lol.

Meryl should have learned by now that typhoons are not so easily stopped! I love the way he's fighting for her, even while he's fighting with her. Did I laugh at the audience bit. Oh goodness, what will be going around Bernadelli for months after this? And the line "don't make me feel like that." just got me in the gut. Aaaw.

*dies* You have killed me. I am going to have to impatiently wait for the next part of the tale whilst staring at a coffin lid!

Sometimes Vash gets lucky. And when he does, it's golden. (: That was a marvellous kindness that. However, when he hits unlucky, does he hit it HARD! Poor guy. He went to so much effort. Beyond the norm for many a man, yet that is the reaction.

Ah, she’s defiantly over Vash, counting those hours. And compulsively doing stuff. Totally over him.
It is painful the unheeded heartache she is living here. Yet, as survival tactics go, not a bad one.
“Okay, one small room.” Lol. Loved the description of Bernadelli’s scrooge like nature.

Oh, and please bring some of her favorite brand of pudding... *snicker* Yep, that's Milly, all right!

Aaaah! Nooooo. Go catch her! Poor Vash so badly dehydrated. Milly is good to him, trying to protect him. But won't he drop his body in the desert if he goes now? Aaah, the agony of the drive with which he forces himself. And what happens to Knives?

Ooh, the anticipation. After striving so long in the desert. At least he has hope to drive him. He's a lucky man! (Yet what will he do with Knives?) He's so dutiful he deserves some happiness at last.

Aww, poor Vash... so determined, though! And, difficult as it was, he achieved his goal. :)
