I really like this AU, too - Cas was definitely not around for enough of s7, and I love that you changed it so he was. Cas hunting with the boys is awesome, canon or not. I love how he heals all of Dean's old injuries, too - I can absolutely imagine him wanting to do that, to help Dean as much as he could. I love the little princess/prince theme at the end, as well - that was absolutely adorable. And Dean calling Cas the princess was perfect.

Your nods to other mythologies were really cool, too - I know it wasn't the main focus of the fic, but I really like seeing stories that incorporate not-well-known supernatural beings. I've never actually heard of kirins or cluricauns (nagas, I have. I feel proud :P).

I love how Cas kind of knows that it should have been Bobby who got shot, not Dean - that was a great nod to canon, and it does make sense considering he's an angel - he would probably have some sense of fate or destiny or something like that.
