Short and sweet, but what a brilliant thought! I was also always a bit intrigued by whether or not and how much Mycroft knew. This sounds like it would be the perfect teaser for a Mary Watson movie where she just kicks ass and takes names while the boys run around solving little crimes. Lovely job :)

I'd love to see you explore this topic further. As brilliant as HLV was, the forgiving of Mary for so nearly killing Sherlock was a bit hard to swallow. Certainly Mycroft wouldn't be prepared to let it go so easily yet few fics address his response. Bravo for tackling it!
