Good story. Would love to see more.

... Well then, when I saw the title, my mind. Went somewhere else entirely... It's definitely good though, but I'm trying to remeber which one of bonpyro's works this would be based off of... Also, even if this is just a practice run to get back in the loop, imagine a sequel in which Yang dies and Pyrrha doesn't have anyone to turn to... Ye gods, the possibilities are high with this one... Great work, can't wait to see what you'll be doing next!

First, I must admit that I'm a sucker for stories like this.
Second, I'd never thought of Pyrrha and Yang being close before. I could see it, though: Pyrrha seems kind of like the "mom" on her team, and probably not by choice, and I'm sure pressure just crushes down on her sometimes (for any number of reasons). Yang, on the other hand, has part of her family at school with her, and probably had to be a mother to Ruby. I like the "motherly Yang" idea very much.
It's easy for me to forget that these are girls are only 17.

I like the vagueness of Pyrrha's dilemma, leaves more focus on the comfort.
