That was bittersweet. Almost wish we'd be able to know how it happened. Did he keep a close relationship with the Scoobies & Giles over the years? Not going to lie, didn't want to end my night on a sad note, but it was kinda beautiful overall.

I feel bad for the people in this chapter. Spike & Riley are in love with the girl they either can't have or don't think they deserve. Buffy has to worry about everyone. I'm waiting for her to turn to Giles soon for support.

How was he able to watch & neither of them noticed? I get being in the throes of passion, but they weren't that way the whole time. I was almost expecting him to portray himself as Jessica since you said he could transform into whatever. This is why they should have told Willow & Tara just to be safe.

Another sweet chapter. I like that you used Tara, but how come Buffy's best friend isn't being enlisted for help sometimes?

When she choked at Willow's mention of the movie choice, I was thinking she was remembering. Glad you're actually using him in here though.

This is the first chapter where I'm able to review. Don't know if there was some odd glitch last night or what. I like this story so far. Slightly surprised they didn't use Pratt instead of one so similar to Xander's name. Good job.
