Nicely done fanfic.

Sweet story, very nice way to weave all three series together. Max, Strange, Thursday, Morse and Lewis in the same scene! Loved it. Only one missing was a skinny blonde teenager watching and smoking, with a Bible and a guitar, wondering if maybe police work was a possible career for him...

Another great job..i love the swirl and twirl of dog mixing times and places, great transitions. What a long nigjtnof dreams but another pitstop...thinking it could not be her but when he was kissed by her, he was no longer tired. Very good result. Hopefully this part will give him hope.

I have had a dream like this...holding my 20 year old as a three-month old...could feel him, smell him...so real. It would have been tough to leave the house after snuggling with your daughter and having the wide you have missed for so long...

Like you, I usually don't go for 'it was all a dream,' but I am actually really, really content with the end of this story. I like how it's still kind of open for the reader to decide if it was something more. And I think it helps that you say it at the beginning that Lewis is probably dreaming, that way, the reader doesn't feel cheated at the end when you leave it as the main possibility.
I find it really interesting that Morse thought HE was the one dreaming though...yeah, I can't think too much about that or I'LL start trying my hand at a scifi fics! Haha!
Anyway, I think your writing is fantastic! You have some really poetic phrases! I think you ought to talk to Colin Dexter about becoming the official co-writer for Morse and Lewis novels. :)
I look forward to reading more of your fics, but I should probably go to sleep now. lol!

What a limb to go out on for a writer for this show! Brava! I thought it was wonderful. I could always do with more Robson, but I loved it.

As much as I love fanfic- both reading and writing- I don't usually let a story get to me. But this one had me all choked up. First Val, then... when Morse didn't seem to know that he, Strange and Max were dead, I assumed that Robbie was dead too. *sniff* I had to grab some tissues. Needless to say, I much prefer your dream ending to a swansong (the re-Lewis-ful day?)! The scene with Hobson was perfect, from Robbie's "oh it's you" to his open minded surrender to the dream and how he discovered that he could express his love for her. Wibbly wobbly timey wimey for the win! Thank you so much, and enjoy your grandbaby!

I quite liked this. It was different. I liked you including all the detectives from the "Morse" universe. And of course the bit with Laura made me squee. Great job and thank you for you sharing.

Well well that certainly was quite different from your usual but still managed to captivate me until the end. Not a big fan of and do not care for Dr. Who. Though did like the guy with the long scarf from many moons ago!
