This was so wonderfully written, the switches between Elizabeth(s) and Anna were very interesting :-) I like to think that Elizabeth and Booker finally got their Paris together, too.

They would always meet there in the end wouldn't they? It's a date long in the making :)

Thank you so much for writing this short story. It makes me really sad to see that Elizabeth never got to have a happy ending in the DLC. But at least hear she does. I feel even when she won and saved Sally and the little sisters, she herself still loses. Everything she did, everything she went through, in the end it yielded nothing for her. That, in the end, is what makes it so sad for me. She deserved more than what she got. Booker's sacrifice at the end of Infinite should have at least given Elizabeth a chance to be able to live her own life, traveling the multi-verse. Maybe even being the silent guardian that watches over everything. It is true that I wish she could have met up with Booker again. I believe that the Booker who drowned was the same one who got his daughter back. I am sure that if she had gone to visit him, he would remember everything that took place in Columbia. Can't you imagine that Booker, Elizabeth, and baby Anna traveling the multi-verse together as a family. Going to the real Paris as a family. That would have made for a great ending to the DLC. A reward for the suffering that Elizabeth and Booker had to endure. To go against the odds and end up together as a real family. At least I can dream that it happened that way. That was a SWELL fanfic! The only problem I had was the dialogue- some phrases were things I considered out of context and era, but it was a very nice philosophical piece of work. Maybe you'd have to work on the ending too, as it's very vague concerning context, but it is very, very touching :)

Hey , just wanna say, what you had written here is amazing. It connects all the annas and elizabeths , explained how the multidimensional memory linking stuffs. The dewitts , well their lives are tragic.

Can't really say it's a constant that no version of Liz will ever reach Paris (there's definitely a lot), but it's sad to see again that the ones we care about simply can't.
