This was amazing story. I really really really liked it. I feel like this is how Frozen should have going. I was curious what would have happened if Anna somehow knew about Elsa's powers before her coronation. Now I know. Thank you for a really good story.!

This story is MUCH BETTER than the trainwreck of that poor excuse of a movie. I hated how they made the sisters so stubborn to a fault that they ended up being the causes of Frozen. Heck, even their parents and the Troll chief Pabbie were to blame since they thought locking both sisters inside their castle would solve the problem! The sisters were so annoying that I couldn't find myself to actually root for ANY of them!

This fanfic ultimately develops and fleshes out their characters MUCH MORE than what the MOVIE did!

I would rewrite the movie and make Elsa less of a whiny, neglectful coward and Anna less of a gullible, immature idiot! Heck, even develop other characters in the story more! Even the servants, townspeople, parents, and the TROLLS!

It should have been Hans and the Duke of Wesselton being the CAUSES of the separation of the two sisters so we get to know earlier on who the REAL ANTAGONISTS should be! They are the ones who SHOULD be HATED for their ruthlessness and deception!

Not the two sisters who are meant to be written sympathetically!

I like this story! This is only the second 'Hans isn't so bad' story I've ever read and I've found it to be a rather refreshing change.

I did find your take on the act of true love between Elsa and Anna a bit odd though. I do find it intriguing in a way, that Anna might have healed herself with her act of self sacrifice, but to me, the act of true love still fell in line with old legends; the shedding of tears over a beloved person dear to the mourner. Though I also like the idea that both acts of true love together were what did it, since a kiss of true love is shared between two, these two acts were an exchange of true love. As it is, if it were solely Anna's act alone, it would be a bit of a stretch for Elsa to use that same love to suddenly control her ice, since it was Anna's love and not her own.

But that's just my take on it. I still found the story to be pretty interesting regardless. Though I do wish it hadn't followed canon quite so closely. It's so much more interesting when the chaos of the Butterfly Effect leads into totally new unthought of directions.

That's a nice Happy Ending.. Thank you for writing this story.. I really enjoy reading it.. I will read the sequel, Thawing Together.. Keep up the good work..

'Perfect love casts out fear'.. That's a magnificent statement considering the key to control Elsa's power is love and fear is Elsa's enemy..

Another changes to the Frozen movie.. So it was the Duke of Weselton who try to kill Elsa not Hans.. And good job for not making Elsa a murderer who seek revenge for Anna's death..

Making Hans not a villain in this story will make us readers ask question about who Anna will end up with.. Hans or Kristoff.. And whether Elsa also will end up with either one.. I guess I just have to read the next Chapter to find out..

I really cannot guess that you make Hans less evil in this story.. After reading up to your last Chapter (Chapter 15), I thought you will just follow the direction of Frozen movie but I was wrong.. So, I think that's a nice changes..

It's really fortunate that Kristoff is there to bring Elsa and Anna to the trolls.. Now Anna only need to do the act of true love to thaw her frozen heart..

Elsa's so much better with her sister.. It's still kind of boring because it's just the two of them but at least there have each other and Elsa has her ice power for the fun..

I'm surprise that Elsa let Anna go 'shopping' alone.. Surely Elsa knows that Anna is not familiar with the surrounding and it can be very dangerous for a woman because there can be bad people or wild animal out there..

That's a nice changes with the lyrics of Let It Go.. It really fits together with how Elsa and Anna sing their parts of the song..
