If Rapunzel was the best officer on the force, I can see why it took so long to catch him

personally I loved the Elsanna relationship it was so adorable and perfect, honestly you helped inspire me. The Belle Rapunzel relationship was cute too, the nice big family was really adorable. The turn to murder was while interesting, I must admit it took away from the Elsanna relationship.
But honestly, Windstrider97, you should be proud for creating and submitting something, it takes guts.

I loved the beginning, the adorable relationship between Elsa and Anna — the whole murder spree end was a tad bit of a I dunno what the word would be mood killer I guess

Regardless a very enjoyable read!, albeit some grammatical errors I honestly gotta admit you the author should be proud.

I don't think you understand how cochlear implants work... they... don't actually fully restore your hearing. They help and aid in sound recognition and the results can vary but it's not like complete hearing. Also cochlear implants can't be done / do not work for some hearing impairments, and in the case of Anna in your story having been born hearing and losing it through an accident (blunt force trauma from the beam's impact) it's absolutely an impossible case. Also, she can't just regain speech simply from being able to hear again... from my understanding she lost her hearing at 7 years old? and is probably in her late teens to early 20s here, that's a very long time being mute, she'd have to go to months if not years of speech therapy in order to be this eloquent.

This completely got derailed from the original summary of barista and deaf customer fluff, what even happened.

I absolutely love this fic. However, the ending leaves me unsatisfied. I know that this fic ends a long time ago and that their lives will be mostly better after this, but...can't you write an epilogue to see how they are doing?

Lots of good stuff this chapter. Good as in, entertaining... not 'good' for Anna when a murderer is at the window. Yikes. Really sweet of Elsa to have gotten Anna her implant and I thought her reaction to hearing again was believable. My only complaint is that cochlear implants aren't just internal, the surgery would have been to do things inside Anna's head, not in her ears... and there's an external, battery operated part - like a hearing aid - that attaches to a spot on her head that transmits the sound to her internally. And when she takes it off, for showers or to charge it, she still wouldn't be able to hear. :/ Other than that, I think the story is really nice. I like he relationship you've built between the girls, it's very sweet.
