I read this whole story within a few hours and I gotta say, I. Freaking. Loved. It! Like everything about it is just so perfect and exactly the kind of Kyman fanfiction I love reading! It's a great story, but not exactly in character. Cartman flat out laughed when Kyle's body was mutilated in humancentipad and found joy from completely breaking his spirit in Ginger Cow. Do you REALLY think he wouldn't find joy in this happening to him?

Best fcking fanfic ever 10/10

I wrote second best when I had just begun watching south park and playing stick of truth. I had only seen a few episodes at the time, like Cartman finds love and let petit tourette, etc. and I didn't have a full grasp on Kyle's character, or Sheilas for that matter. If you want to read how much my writing has improved, I suggest you read Merry Christmas Fatass and my current fanfiction It's Me. I'd like to think that my characterization has really changed. and I am fully aware of Kyle's character at this point in time, in fact I am extremely embarrased when I reread Second Best. the reason I keep this fiction up is because a lot of people still like it and I think it's important to recognize your own progress as a writer. I hope this clears things up!

The ending was so perfect, ohh my god

This fic would've been really good except that Kyle was really OOC. You do realize that he's one of the toughest kids in school and has beaten Cartman in fights on a regular basis and even seemed to have the upper hand in his fights with Stan (like in the frozen guy episode)? And he's not submissive. He has quite a fierce temper and even if he might let his mom walk all over him, he certainly wouldn't let Cartman do it and certainly not without a fight.

I mean, come on, you said you saw "It's a Jersey Thing." Kyle pins Cartman to a tree and then saves him from getting raped so if anything Cartman should be the "weak" bottom. Cartman himself even somewhat implied that if he was ever in a romantic relationship with Kyle, he'd be the bottom when he told Nicole "He's MY man. I'm more out than Kyle is..." (Meaning he's more gay than Kyle is).

So yeah, I mean your fic was still quite good and descriptive and you certainly write extremely well and I did enjoy some parts of it. But I really wish Kyle was more realistic to his canon portrayal.

Lol... Sorry Cartman but Kyle's been the one kicking YOUR fat ass throughout the series and if you don't want people insulting YOUR mom, stop insulting THEIRS or Kyle's Jersey side will rip you a new one!

Ugh... Another fic that makes Kyle overly sickly and portrays him as a "pussy?!" You realize that his supposed diabetes was only mentioned like once and never brought up again (the diabetic now seems to be that Scott character) and that Kyle is pretty athletic himself especially in basketball and has kicked Cartman's fat butt MANY times in the past? So please stop portraying him as some weak wuss in need of protection because he is NOT that at all in canon, ok?

I know it may be a little late to review, but I couldn't help but spread some form of gratitude for making this beautiful story.
