whenever i feel like having a good cry i always return to read this story, because it's so well written and it hurts to think of how much luffy misses ace

I almost feel ridiculous about tearing up at the end, but this is really the first fic that I've read thats gone into the significance of flames in Luffy's life and it didn't help that this was so beautifully written. Thank you for writing this.

I know I'm probably being annoying by posting such short reviews on some of the fanfictions(I'm reading all the One piece ones) but you're such a good writer and if you become an author I won't be surprised. Thank you for writing such beautiful fanfictions...

That last part...URGH, it just stabs at my heart. The way the story ends so abruptly just makes it more powerful!

Hnnn... you write all the Straw Hats so well I want to cry! Luffy is pitch-perfect here, and so is Robin and even Nami in her log... And Luffy's relationship with Ace... and with fire... I love this.
