This was nice, but Hook had been in Neverland for about 300 years prior to him returning to the Enchanted Forest (the point that Emma and Killian went back in time to, specifically). It was definitely longer than a year. But I do agree that he was a different man then! Adam and Eddy said that that was the main point of the CS makeout sesh on the Jolly, to show the character development Hook has made.

Really good story :) it was indeed normal for Hook to assume she knew, as it always suprised me that while Snow had to enact a curse to take everyone back to Storybrooke, nobody wondered how the pirate had done it! That said, I believe you've got your timeline a bit messed up. They went 30 years or so back in time. Therefore Milah has been dead for 300 years and Hook has been to Neverland already. Unless I'm mistaken which I could very much be! Anyway, good story, great writing!

That's cute and Killian has one advantage. Charming approved. He just didn't know it at the time.
