I really hope you decide to finish this! I understand you getting burnt out on it and it being difficult to write, but I think your writing is amazing and I'm so into your storyline that I'd be really bummed if I never got any closure! I know you said this chapter felt all over the place, but your transitions all made sense to me and I could see where you were going. As far as the comic goes, if they ruin anything for me, I'll happily live out my days in my Charloe bubble assuming canon ended at Season 2 :)

Thank you for updating! I totally forgot about this story, but I got back into it and I'm super excited that you're continuing it! I thought the chapter was great- yea it was a bit scattered and rushed, but honestly it fits the mood of the story and makes the contents seem more honest and real.

As far as moving the Charloe bit ahead, I think you already have it started in your mind but aren't sure of yourself. This version of Charlie and Bass is more jaded and torn than the typical depictions we see and I think that might be what's throwing you off. I love seeing the struggle they fight with between leading a group to war and their own personal feelings. Both feel like they don't deserve anything even close to resembling happiness so their interactions are going to be a bit awkward for a while until they realize that they don't need to live the rest of their lives in misery. That's their true battle.

Because of that I think seeing bits here and there where their old mentality shines through is a great way to go and build from there. Those instinctual thoughts to protect and defend one another are wonderful to see as well as those moments where one touches another without even thinking about it. And I LOVED Monroe's line about all he needs is an hour away with her...those are great places to start. I think once you get over that initial hurdle with them, writing their romantic relationship will be easier. Know that its okay for the writing to be a bit awkward because thats authentic to what their going through, just add in hot and sexy stuff along with it ) Those kissing scenes were off the hook...more of those will definitely be needed know that they've broken the seal! And I love how he asked her if he shouldn't have done that...I like seeing that side of Monroe too.

Awesome chapter..so glad to see you back writing this wonderful story. I'm a little worried about the ending they have planned. Kripke came right out and said no Charloe, but thattneu will be fighting together so there's that. That's what we have fanfic for though, and you guys all do a fantastic job writing Charloe :) I will be looking forward to reading your next chapter.
