You've captured all of their voices so well, but especially Diggle's. I don't think he gets near enough credit for the rock-solid, steady, presence he brings to Team Arrow.

Okay, the part about wanting to punch Oliver a lot, followed by the "Oh hell no," and reiteration of cheerfully wanting to punch him, made me laugh my butt off. I could so see that happening in the show, and in fact, I really, really want to. I love Oliver, but I also want to see someone kick his tailfeathers for being so freaking clueless.

"Adorably bespectacled guppy" - Now officially one of my favorites ways I've seen Felicity described. Yet again, I laughed a lot.

I loved him reminding her how Oliver is an awful liar, especially to her. I hope she gets that reminder very soon in season three. :) And then the, "No, he really doesn't need to believe that." I adore Digg, and I adore the way you write him. You have such a great command of his voice and I feel like I'm reading part of the finale script that got cut for time. Fantastic job.

Oh god this makes me sad because Felicity is going to deny know it, I mean I am very happy that Digg decided to have a talk with her too and that he is making her realize that what Oliver said was the truth and that he does care for her but I can understand why Felicity doesn't want to do anything either because the fact is that he doesn't need distractions even though she would love it to happen. Honestly I am proud of her for it because she really is such a strong person and I hate that she sees herself in the way that she described herself. Loved it!

Exactly! I got the feeling Dig and Fe had talked while watching the finale. Love Digg! You wrote hm well and, you're right, Digg totally ships them too!

Oh boy - I think this was even better than the first piece. Jeez - you have such a firm handle on the characters - really. Seriously good.

These sentiments are so typical Digg:

"She smiled and it was one of the saddest things John had ever seen. Honest to God, if Oliver had been standing right in front of him at that precise moment, John would have taken great pleasure in punching him. A lot."

I'm one of those horrible people who reads but doesn't review, until I find a story that completely blows me away. Your two Diggle chat fics are awesome! You've got all three characters pegged, have the ability to convey them accurately through the written word, and you know exactly how much to include in the story so that everything fits perfectly but your readers are left wanting more from you in the future. Bravo! I have yet to find someone else so capable of portraying these three in so believable a fashion. Each of them was spot on! I am in awe, and very pleasantly surprised. Great way to start my morning! Thank you!

Great outlook into that. I hope you continue with what Felicity Was thinking when her and Oliver talked and maybe one of Oliver with his facial expressions when Felicity was questioning him. Great job thoroughly enjoyed that.

Felicity is indeed a strong girl. One of the strongest.

You're really crushing it with the Diggle love and I am so happy about it! Diggle was somewhat pushed to the side this season, just like Felicity, but unlike her, we didn't get to see him be bothered by it. So I love this scene which I will gladly accept as headcanon because they needed to have this talk, or Diggle needed to have a talk with the both of them, to make them realise what it was that actually went down, despite whether it will actually change anything or not.
I feel very sad for Felicity, which was probably your intent, and mostly because I understand her logic, I understand her need to hide and build walls and not let go one inch because she's so used to protecting herself. I think we all know that she is not second best to any of those women - or to anyone - but she can't see it because she is blind to a lot of things Oliver. She absolutely *can't* see it because it would mean allowing herself to be vulnerable and this is unacceptable, crushes notwithstanding. It's okay if people know that she has a crush on Oliver because who wouldn't but anything further than that is something she hasn't quite admitted to herself.
But duh, Oliver is the worst liar in the world which has been established in his countless ridiculous cover stories.
Oh, these two crazy kids will be the end of me.
