This is absolute fun! You set the scene up beautifully.
I loved the teasing banter, Shepard's over-protectiveness towards her fish, and then of course Kaidan's response to Vega (who, btw, you did brilliantly)!

I guess the Garrus lover is to stupid to read "implied shenko" in the summary. A large amount of Garrus- mancers hate on Kaidan for no reason and it's pathetic.
The glads survives space so I don't see how it would break so easily.

I don't buy it. The glass can handle space travel, there is no way it's going to be smashed like that.

Is it so fucking hard to put a pairing in the description? I hate Alenko so I try to avoid that asshole at all costs, but I can't do that if you don't say in the description that it's Shenko. Fuck you, but your story was pretty good.
