Okay, I like the story so far, but the inconsistencies are jarring. Let's see:

Uh... Anneal Blade quest can be done repeatedly by anyone. It's not a one time thing. Kirito has like two Anneal Blades and Coper was also doing the Anneal Blade quest when Kirito was doing it so there really is no reason for there to be only one Anneal Blade. The Anneal Blade is also, while a good sword for beginning the game, is not good enough to be a one-time thing. It's the best sword in the first levels, and the only thing holding you back from getting it is the difficult quest.

One-time quests probably exist but I doubt it's most quests and most of those one-time quests probably will NOT be on the first floor. It's the beginning stage for heaven's sake. What would any new players say if they can't do quests that is known on the first floor? It's still convincingly designed to be a game after all.

The only limited resource known on the first floor is the spawn rate. The more monsters you kill, the less they spawn. Eventually the monsters would dwindle. That's why beta testers are so reviled. Because they know all the good hunting spots in the first few floors they'll be able to get to the monsters quicker and eventually hunt them to the ground.
