Okay, in the scene where they’re explaining the houses and Sirius cut in that Lily and James were head boy class of 1978, why wasn’t Jack alarmed by that? As far as he knows he’s still in the 1860’s.

I really enjoyed this story, the background between Jasper and Harry is well thought out and interesting. I also enjoyed the joining up of foreign individuals and fighting with the modern military.

just so you know, you mixed up the civil was and the revolutionary war. it's not a big deal, but I could it kind of funny. :p

I'm very confused. Why did they change their names? What 100 yr time difference? And why was he 'returning' to the 20th century?

The story was great! A line break between scenes may help make reading it a bit smoother, and chapter 15 could use some work in paragraph breaks and sectioning, but overall a nice read. Looking forward to the next chapter! :)

Excellent it could have flowed better. But that is what a later re-read and re-write can do for it.

You had me right up to the end, and then, wow, what a letdown! I do hope you rewrite this with a proper ending because I was really really loving it!

This was a frustrating chapter as a reader. Jack is abruptly abducted and doesn't seem to be surprised that he traveled over a century years into his future. He doesn't ask why he was separated from his twin or by whom. He just accepts the role of savior without asking about the war effort, the goals of each side, who is in charge, how big both sides are, strategy, allies, etc. He blindly accepts everything and it makes him a fool; not someone I can admire or respect.
