Reviews for Persistence of Memory
Lazir chapter 1 . 5/27
I'm glad it was Hermione. That suits. Though Harry, so indifferent to the mortals. Wouldn't God be the same way? How else?
PinkMusicalCherry chapter 1 . 9/15/2018
I'm finally getting to reading all of your side fics for your masterpiece that is October. I have to consume them all before offering you an idea for the 1900th one I am yet to pose to you! (Apologies on that).

I honestly LOVE how Harry speaks. It's so strange, you'd expect it to get annoying in real life, but I want a real life friend like him because I feel I'd be anything but annoyed.
Francis Sinclair chapter 1 . 4/5/2016
This makes me wonder - how many grand adventures must Harry take, before he could lie down to rest?

Wonderfully done.
WitchVela chapter 1 . 3/9/2015
although i am really not very fond of religion and it's occurence in stories, in this it doesn't make me uncomfortable, because though azrael is "religious" he is also very much aware that he probably wouldn't be and is using his belief of the existence of a being, that surpasses him, as a crutch. as i understand it, he beliefs in a god, because otherwise the responsabilty of BEING essentially god would destroy him at the very least mentally. and that practicality and self-awareness i totally understand and approve of. seeing as tom is now immortal and getting progressively closer to azrael's god-like status, he probably won't need the crutch in time any longer. he'll probably breathe easier once he truly can share the burden with tom. your fic truly makes me think about a lot of philosphical and politcal stuff. i'm thoroughly enjoying it. keep writing.

S-so beautiful.*Sniffs.*
And tragic.*Crys on iPod.*
Kurama's Foxy Rose chapter 1 . 7/27/2014
It's spelled Persistence, you know.
Dragonlord1199 chapter 1 . 7/17/2014
That was...interesting
Ramen God chapter 1 . 6/25/2014
Y-you... I'm sorry. I have no words. The sheer eloquence and beauty of both this fic and the original never cease to amaze me. Not only is there an unimaginable depth to your writing, the way your words flow leave me breathless.

I could never, ever come up with the things you do. This is quite a new take on Master of Death!Harry, and while some may consider Harry to be very OoC (which he is, admittedly), I think that's part of the beauty of this story. It's not Harry, in many ways, and yet it also is. The core is still what makes Harry Harry, even if the exterior has become much more of an enigmatic poet/all-knowing god.

Like I said before, the content of this story is so... Well, deep. How do you think of these? How do you manage to be so... Poetic? Riddle-like? I don't even know how to describe this. I am in awe in front of your prowess.

So, thank you. Thank you for leaving me with an indescribable feeling inspired by your words, and thank you for leaving another beautiful fanfic for the Harry Potter archives. I will continue to faithfully follow October, and I'm sure I'll (eventually...) get around to reviewing that as well.

One who is in awe,

Sin of the Fallen chapter 1 . 6/25/2014
Ah, Death!Harry, you have such interesting points of view, though I'm sure Hermione wouldn't agree with me.
Burn-in-the-sun chapter 1 . 6/23/2014
That was interesting. I'm with you on the Dumbledore idea; I can't see Azrael talking to either the grandfatherly, manipulative headmaster or the 'newer' transfiguration teacher version. Thanks for posting!
chjoogdssacvbj chapter 1 . 6/23/2014
Yeah, Hermione seems a lot more fitting than Ron or Dumbledore would.
It's also sad yet fitting how alone Harry seems to be.
Man, both Lily from The Art of Sisyphus and Harry from October speak so intelligently. They're so interesting. :3
Anaelyssa chapter 1 . 6/20/2014
Hmm. I liked the Sunday tea one-shot better. Harry's more depressing than Lily.

But it was a pleasant enough read. I liked your description of Romulus and mentions of what Harry Potter's life was like when he was still Harry Potter..
NTSFroes chapter 1 . 6/19/2014
It is odd to see things from Harry-Azrael's perspective, everything seems so depressing I want to hug someone. When it is Tom's perspective his odd sense of humor lightens things up or whatever. But hey, let's be happy, story is being rewritten to a better one, or so I hope, so it doesn't matter that much (:
