I had to log in just to leave you a review after finding this awesome story. Your descriptions are fantastic. You write each character perfectly, almost as if Jeff Lindsey were writing this himself. It's like a seamless combination between the first person perspective of the books and the emotional flow of the show. It's awesome and I can't wait for the next update. c:

Man, I think this is my favorite chapter yet. There is little dialogue in it, yet it speaks volumes in the way you write. I liked the way you wrote out Dexter's "ritual" in the first section, then lead into his other "ritual" of bedtime with Harrison. The Hungry Caterpillar was totally one of my childhood books! Also, I loved the addition of Dexter reading to Deb when they were children. It made me grin, so sweet. :) The love scene was very well done too, more emotionally driven than sexual, much like I've always viewed their relationship. The ending was rather sad, though I'm not particularly fond of Hannah McKay, you did manage to humanize her in this story. Keep up the good work, and thanks for another good chapter!

YAY...I'm so glad you made a comeback,I really enjoyed this chapter i loved the family bonding with Harrison,I especially LOVED the the debster bonding. And you managed to shock me as well i never thought there would be a day that i found myself feeling almost sorry for Hannah Mckay (wait did i just type that) LOL... can't wait for the next chapter.

Great ending, nothing that I saw coming as Hannah would say. I like the twist and am curious to read the impact on Dex and Deb. Thanks for returning to the story, keep it up!

Oh wow! I really loved this chapter, but man that ending hit pretty hard. You know that I'm really not a fan of Hannah at all, but you took a more sympathetic approach to her in this story and actually gave her a lot of depth despite her not being present in every chapter, so it's very sad what happened to her. I'm looking forward to seeing how this affects everybody.

And of course, I loved the Debster stuff, but that goes without saying ;) I love flashbacks to when they were younger, the thought of Dexter reading to Deb is so sweet! The sex part was great too, obviously lol. It seemed so natural, especially Dexter being scared to undo Deb's bra, that part really made me smile for some reason.

You're doing great, girl! Can't wait for more!
