I would like ot see one like this, but with Shiala on Illum. My idea is everything goes normal in ME2, Shep having the cock as usual. on illum, Liara end up being cold to her, just like in-game events went. After helping Shiala on her short quest, while stroking commander's arm, she notice the shepard's 'problem' and offers to help. Another bonus if make thing more interesting by giving Shiala an 'advantage' to her body after what thorian did to her.

Another suggestion is a wardrobe malfunction during LOTSB at Azure hotel. between liara/shep. Liara is still unaware of Shepard's 'problem'.
