Meh. Ch 22 was more satisfying. A real, well deserved, bitter-sweet ending.

Lol, jk, I loved your story so much, I was kind of expecting a really sappy, cheesy, corny ending where John stop the fighting, and proclaimed his love, and blablabla, and a Happy ending for everyone, eeewww. I'm really glad it didn't turn out like that : ) even if John died in the first ending and was depressed in the second, but the first was my favorite : ) thank you for writing this!

This ending was very sad, but logical. Feuding familes, forbidden love, all the plot twists and emotions. . . Well done! I haven't read Chapter 23 (which I assume is the happy ending), but I'm sure I'll like it just as much, maybe even more, than this chapter! :D

Really enjoyed the whole thing! Very well articulated and had a clear and interesting direction! Think overall I preferred ending one but was really sad when John died! Brilliant work, keep writing!
