Eh, "Mamoru" works. If you figure an individual with a possibility to understand and speak nearly any and all languages exists, focusing on the meaning of their original name and carrying that through works better than trying to hold on to the exact pronunciation and spelling. A lot of sounds/letters don't carry over well between some languages, or an attempt to phonetically mimic a name will sound similar but equate to a native speaker as gibberish. "Castiel" is already a translation of an actual angel's name into a human language, after all. ;)

It was another great read. When am I going to learn? I honestly wasn’t sure if I would like this story, no real reason why though, but I ended up loving it like I always do when it comes to your stories. It may seem to be abandoned, but thanks for sharing it for us to read.

In chapter 5, you has Gabriel use the word asexual as a means to say that angels are agendered, meaning not strictly gendered according to male and female. Asexual means doesn't feel sexual attraction, so the mix up is very confusing. Could you please change it?

It really /has/ been a long time since I read this if I didn't remember that Dean apparently /proposed/. Granted we didn't get the proposal itself, so it's a little easier for it to slip.
Love the bit about the special earrings, btw. I wonder how many of the Host know or remember that detail? Just being able to scare the crap out of Lilith was nice, but it would be amusing if some of the bigger jackasses didn't catch that hint only for one of their minions to recognize it, understandably freak out, and see the flailing, spluttered explanation for why.
And the light of dawning horror on the faces of angels like Uriel, Zach, Raphael, hell even Michael, when they remember that detail and verify that the identifier is legit.
And that Castielle is /very/ unhappy with them.

I have to ask, were there any plans regarding the results of the Cas-Castiel merger? Cas has quite a bit of years, experience, and motivation to achieve dominance mentally while the wrinkles are ironed out. But will that mean that the final merged Cas can shift between male and female? Or will "Dad" just leave her in the same female form for the sake of convenience, since Cas doesn't seem to really care personally?
Dean finding /his/ Cas as a guy suddenly would probably cause him to flip out, though as much because he's met both Cas and Castiel and probably hasn't yet figured out or reconciled that they are in any way the same person.
Also, Cas' female form doesn't share legal data with anyone, so no Jimmy-related mistaken identity issues to deal with. Which would be quite appreciated considering how much trouble they already have with the law. All the Law. XD
I could see Loki teaching his favorite little sister how to shift back and forth though. Use it to freak out Dean at first, then let him absorb the possibilities while he's also reassured that his wife is still as female as he wants her to be. Also remind Dean that without Vessels angels are asexual, thus the form doesn't matter much to Cas except in practical ways. Which would also be a large part of why Cas would bother to shift at all post-merge. Sometimes being taller or scarier to humans is useful. Also following Dean into a mens' locker room during a case, or something similarly segregated. XD

Also, with the "merge" of two fully-powered angels, will it be more like absorbing a different set of memories (for the brief amount of relative time that doesn't overlap) or more like maths? Because even if Castielle didn't get a big power-up on the way back, the merge with her previous self would be an excellent time/excuse/coincidental way to recreate that boost he got in the thwarted-apocalypse version of events we saw on tv.

That could be one hell of a message to send, too. Not only the "subtle" one reviving the exploded-Cas was, but "reviving" exploded-Cas while simultaneously merging him with Castielle... That would have to be a huge flare on Angel Radar, especially the sudden flux and increase in Grace if they go the maths route in merging (which means addition or multiplication of said Grace).
Add that huge surge in attention-grabbing to the visage of a pissed-off, sick-of-your-shit /Castielle/ with those special literally-God-sent-earrings? Curse-laden lectures ready to go, Glare on in just a touch under full in case it needs upping, ready to smack down anyone in her path?

There are a few Cas might be pleased to do that to, but most of them /might/ get a chance for lesser punishments should the get their shit together.
Too bad it's already established that the plan is to get Crowley to actually "do the deed" of killing Lucifer. Luc and Mike are possibly the ones Cas would most delight in deep-frying, having done so much damage. Zach and Uriel would be easier and similarly satisfying, probably. They hurt /his/ Winchesters and a whole lot more, which Cas cares about more than direct hurt to him/herself.

Oh, and Naomi, though I'm not sure how well Cas can remember her to want to kill her. There was something involved in the "reeducation" subplots about masking or erasing the memory of what exactly happened and who did it while leaving the fear of it happening again.
If there's any one angel I'd like to see deep-fried... Bitch hurt our Cas~! And lots of other baby angels with self-awareness who could have been cool! XP

Hm... Maybe if they can get the summoning circle or whatever etched into the bottom of the vat the arriving angel will appear in it as if it was empty, not realizing until they land? Could work, though it'd either take a lot longer to prep, getting the chance to lay down the markings and have it filled without disturbing it, Or one of the angels would have to zap it into existing in the bottom of an already full vat. Considering they probably need to also "bless" the Oil for it to work it's not like the Winchesters could pull it off on their own anyway.

*blinks* Roadhouse. That needs zap-happy intervention- /humans/ can't inlay a giant iron Devils Trap under it without the human authorities noticing, but I /am/ surprised no one's ever tried to embed salt lines into the door-frames, window-frames, etc.. Cas or Loki could probably zap a massive salt ring into the ground around the Roadhouse in the middle of the night or so, though they might need to check the Utilities Maps and such first to position it safely.
Preventing the destruction of the Roadhouse would be /very/ helpful in the overall effort to combat the Apocalypse. Especially if it's owner is inclined to listen to warnings from Cas and learns to trust them. Hunter's don't have a phone tree, but information distribution via Ash, Ellen, and the Roadhouse is about as close as they get, especially with Bobby (and others who act as nexus points as I assume there must be) also in on it.
Just being able to share warnings like about the Rising of the Witnesses could save quite a few lives.
And since a lot of Hunters trust at least specific people like Ellen or Bobby, having /them/ insist the information regarding the Apocalypse came from a trustworthy source could net Team Free Will a hell of a lot more help on the ground.
And as the information continues to pan out, more and more Hunters would rope their buddies into helping, or back it up when it comes up in conversation.
Could you imagine the Roadhouse with War Room Maps spread on some of the walls and tables, clips and psuedo-"Wanted Posters" up to distribute data on specific threats and issues, and Old Veterans and Young Researchers alike leaning in to interject when they notice things they've learned about that no one's pointed out yet, spotted patterns, etc.?
Granted it would cause some trouble with regular human authorities if they walked in, but I bet Ash could babble at them about plotting for some major undertaking in an online or tabletop game quite convincingly.
Or Ellen could claim "private party rental" or something, though doing that /all the time/ might be problematic.

This got really laborious to read I found myself skipping because it was hard to keep track. I get that your trying to summarize episode but I think it would be an easier read it you wrote as if the person reading had not watched the episodes. Summarize the story line to your self then write a story based on that not a choppy play by play of episodes. And how do you pronounce Castielle? Where is current Cas? I thought the reason Castiel was made into a girl was because two Castiels couldn't be in the same time period so shouldn't that mean that Castiel should be with the Winchesters right now? And I wish Castiella was more like Castiel their personalities don't match she brash and bitch hes righteous, oblivious and kinda innocent. For example Castiel really wouldn't waste time on a shopping trip to impress Dean. He would care for him and save his life physical things wouldn't not occur to him.

I read my comment and its sounds like such a downer but that not how I want it to be. I was just giving tips and observations to help make the story as awesome as the story line is to me. Because I love this idea and I love the 1st chapter. Thank you for the awesome story please continue.
