I'm a bit surprised that Harry didn't follow her.

I can't wait till Harry and Mariela go to Hogwarts together! Of course Harry'll no longer be a Potter technically. And that should cause a few problems for Dumbledore's plans.

I'm glad they intend to keep Harry. That bumbling old fart Dumbledore should never be allowed to know Harry's still alive! Nor that he's with a family that loves him.

Just great! the Ministry will want to return harry to those good for nothing Dursley's! Hey, just a sec here! If Harry is only three years old that means that Dahlia baths him! And if she's doing that she would have to have seen any and all scars and injuries! So why hasn't she taken him to a Mediwitch?
