This looks like it could be a lot of fun. As I'm not familiar with the "Flock of Angel's" Manga Series, I'll have to look it up sometime soon. As Harry has these Black Wings, obviously a recessive from that Tribe you had mentioned, could that mean that that Tribe is Magical in nature, and is Harry still a Wizard? The best thing is that he is away from the Dursleys, however it could be problematic come his 11th birthday if he is a Wizard, and the people he is with is unaware of the Magical World. Thank You.
