Wauw, you wrote this tale absolutely perfectly. I knew the myth already, but this is awesome. Very well done. I would love to see more stories about the Norse Myths and Gabriel's role in them. Especially if you wrote some with Sigyn.

I'm confused - Gabriel is Loki? He thinks of himself as Gabriel and everyone else thinks he's Loki? Or what?
Regardless, this was well-written, though I once again don't really know what's going on. You guys always seemed to know a lot about Norse mythology, but that wasn't my thing.
I liked this story, but I don't really see how exactly fits into the Supernatural thing.
