This was good - prelude to more romance for these two? I approve! Raph is my favorite turtle, and you did a good job of making your readers slip beneath his skin to feel all the awkwardness, pleasure, mystery, and disbelief of being admired by someone long suspected off limits and out of reach. Delightful!

Okay, I don't know why, but while I was reading the part where April touched Raph's shell, a flash back from the 2k14 movie involving the scene when Raph said to April, "I bet you're looking at us like we're freaks" popped up and I had a laugh attack. I could not stop laughing! I don't know why! And then as I tried to continue on with this story, I just started laughing again. XD Anyway, I really enjoyed this story. It was really cute and funny!

OK, seriously needs a sequel where the guys find Raph's bedazzled tool box. OMG, that would be too funny!

And Raph...poor Raph, thinking she touched him because she sees him as an oddity or freak. Under that tough guy exterior, he really is quite insecure. You wrote that brilliantly here.
