I loved this story, the characters, Valravn was literally a badass and amazing and I love her personality and character development. And the subtle details in foreshadowing and other culture was amazing too. All in all 13/10 rating if I had to give it one, lol.

Raven is related to Khan, by genetic splicing if nothing else. They share the black hair, blue eyes, prominent facial structure, superhuman agility and strength, and innate charisma. She is his sister if not his daughter, depending on your point of view.

Amazing chapter - I think I understand you're problem with all fluff but I also think it's only right to have it now, before things start to spiral as we return to canon.

Would you say that while it's obvious that Kirk and raven live each other as desperately as each other...that raven is more devoted to James? Just a little something I've noticed. People always say to her 'You'd follow him anywhere, even hell, if he asked you to.' But they don't say the same thing to Kirk.

Is that intentional on your part?

Finally! I almost thought you left this story but you didn't and I really admire you for that; not many fanfic-writers had the determination to continued their books (since they probably grew out of their fandom or something). Anyway, I think thoroughly enjoy this chapter, and to be quite honest: I actually like it better before Kirk and Varavn became a thing. Not that I don't ship them or anything (I'm actually a fan girl when it came to them lol) but now that they're a couple, there's just no more will they/ won't they kind of situation going on and that seems to put me out from my anticipation. But you know what? In spite of all that, I didn't truly hate them as couple. The character development was so strong and the writing was so gorgeous that I actually didn't mind it at all. Great job.

When I saw the new update, I literally wanted to squeal. The past few days have been really really tough for me and reading all this pure fluff was exactly what I needed. I can't stop smiling and I feel so happy! Valravn and Jim have such intense chemistry and I loved every single thing about this chapter, especially the waltz. Ugh, the waltz. The music. So beautiful. It touched my heart. And the ending. That small section made me feel so many emotions, that it's just crazy on how your writing can do that. You write so well.

But other than that, I hope you don't make us wait too long for the next chapter. I'm really really curious as to what is going to happen next. Thank you so much for making my day (again) and have a nice day! :)
