This is horribly sad yet uncannily something that is genuinely imaginable.

And still she uses it. Too bad she just can't transfer to another body or something.

This piece is composed more as an essay, or an official report, rather than a story. I feel it lacked a certain emotion - but on the other hand, it's better than to pour it down your readers' throats. I do like the concept, however; the whole idea of Ino gradually losing fragments of her memory, layers of herself. It's creepy in a right way. Not so much touching, though, because of the reversed, overly descriptive style.
