This is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story si far, so much hurt, feelings and emotions. Gosh I feel so sad for Danny, how cantos patents not realise that maybe just maybe his son's dna merged with that of a ghost's dna, why is that si hard to think of? I hope his parents realise that soon, or at least his mum. His mum does have hope in him, subciously cares about even when she THINKS this isn't her son. Gosh they drive me crazy. I love Jazz's intervention and I know she'll stick by her brother. I'm really loving the plot and your writing skills is amazing. I really hope that you update soon and please don't give up on this awesome story. I really want to know where you take this and I hope Danny's pain of rejection and betrayal is eased. Please continue!

This story is amazing. I love how you manage all the subtle changes in Danny's personality, and I love how you wrote Phantom and the ways in which he's different from Danny. Phantom seems like Danny, but more sociopathic - he's out of touch with his human emotions, though he understands intellectually how he feels when he's human. All he's left with are his more ghostly emotions, which function very differently from his human emotions, but don't make him evil - just a bit colder and crueler than his human self. And I love seeing all of this from Maddie's perspective - I rarely find stories that examine the differences in personality Fenton, Phantom, and Fenton pre-accident in such detail, but entirely from an outside perspective. And while I love that the next chapter (if you choose to complete this) will be from Danny's point of view because I want to see what's going through his head, I absolutely love seeing Maddie's perspective on the changes to her baby boy.

Thank you for writing this, and for putting it in a place where I could find it! I sincerely hope you come back and add to this story, but I understand if you don't.

HI! Just found this fic saved in an old folder of mine, so I gave it a re-read. And WOW, this was good. Your writing is so clear and makes me feel like I'm right there with the characters. I feel honestly terrified for Maddie's life! Thank you so much!

This is a really nice fic which explores very well the Fenton parents' very biased view on ghosts and poor Jaz who is completely left out of the loop.

I haven't read a story particularly like this one, and I have to say it's really well written and the character build up is spot on. I know it's been over a year since the last update, but I really hope you don't abandon this fic. I love it!

So I read on your profile page that you're lacking inspiration for this story, which is something I can understand. However if you're ever wanting to get back into the writing mood for this might I suggest watching something kinda sad or angsty? It works pretty well for me. Heck even reading a sad story might get you into the mood. Anyway I just hope you continue this soon.

Why didn't Maddie think of home schooling Danny, the problem of 'social interaction' due to his energy drain is a simple fix. She could simply forge all of his work, when needed of course. I'm also looking forward to seeing when Jack finally does something horrible to Danny that just (almost)completely destroys any faith Danny had in his family (mother included)
