i know this story is old, but jacob and daniel called eachother...jacob and daniel, altho sometims jacob called daniel Dr jackson... just thought i'd let ya know...

As for what Daniel calls Jacob... I think I've heard him just say Jacob, but he's probably said both. Either way, I don't think you need to change it.
